Default Are there people who bought the game and only PVP?

Well, a few months ago I have bought the Guild Wars Complete Collection, so I have all of the campaigns, and Iv'e gotten to a point where I don't really have enough time to play, espicielly the PvE which is much more time consuming, neither have I enjoyed the PvE too much, yet I very much enjoyed the PVP. are there any other people like me? who didn't get far into PvE and only play for PvP?

and also another question, can you get better equipment from PvP than the one you can choose for your character? like better looking stuff :P
Thanks.

You can get better armor and weapon skins on a PvP character using reward points, which you get through playing automated tournaments. Though if you don't have much time, I'm not sure you'd have the time to play many.

pretty much, there are people who don't move over and they tend to quit after they get bored with PvE

Nope. I'd wager it's more common to play PvE for however long, then quit when bored. That's my plan. A lot of people have, and will continue to have, zero interest in PvP, no matter how many PvE perks they tie to it (zkeys for 5k balth, I'm looking at you)

I'm going on 3 years now and never developed an interest in PvP. I waited to get the game because I didn't believe there was much PvE value (which, it turns out, there is plenty of).

Duh - no!

4-years, still no PvP.

3-1/2 years - JQ & FA for the Kurzick title & skills & Z-keys

I've dabbled in RA. And thanks to my PvE, I have all runes & mods unlocked.

I've been playing off and on since the beta and I've enjoyed PvE and then PvP during different stages of the game. However, near the end of my time playing Guild Wars, which was last year (I occasionally log on now) I really only played PvP. PvE just gets boring for me, but then PvP went down the shit hole IMO so it doesn't really matter.

Some have. Although I always recommend people at least do a little PvE (like a couple of hours) just to learn the BASIC basics. Too many times do I see people in RA going "how do I change skills, how do I fight people?" etc.

I have played since the open betas and still have zero interest in PvP.

I play several hours a day on average. I did stop playing for about 6 months after I got all professions through Prophecies because I thought I had "done it all". At that time I did not realize Anet was going to keep adding new content to the game.

The Factions info did not interest me since it seemed slanted towards PvP, but I did end up getting Factions for the new skills when I came back and found out a lot had changed in about 6 months.

I have AB'd some but that's as much PvP as I am interested in and that was just to work on my PvE faction title.

I only PvP. PvE gets extremely boring and who really thinks achieving titles is fun... "only need to farm ________ more hours so I can buy more cupcakes for sweet tooth title! woo!"

There should be more mission based stuff than just "kill them now". AB/FA/JQ are the most fun IMO, but horribly balanced. They could all use huge revamps.
